Legal Activities Committee
Scope and Objective The NRMCA Legal Activities Committee is responsible for providing a vehicle, consistent with antitrust and other applicable legal requirements, to allow the discussion of legal issues and appropriate exchange of information concerning the entire ready mixed concrete industry, as well as overseeing the establishment and operation of common interest defense groups of those members wishing to participate in them.
