Room Deposit and Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy

A deposit equal to one (1) night's stay is required to hold each individual reservation at the time of booking. Refunds will be given when a cancellation is made by 3:00 p.m. the day prior to arrival.

Airport Information

Concord Regional Airport is the closest airport to the Embassy Suites Hotel. It is 4 miles from the hotel and will take approximately 8 minutes travel time. Charlotte Douglas International (CLT) is 20 miles from the hotel and travel to and from the airport will take approximately 25 minutes.

Ground Transportation Information

From Concord Regional Airport, please call the Embassy Suites hotel for complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport. From Charlotte Douglas International (CLT) all ground transportation is located on the curbside of the lower Baggage Claim level with the exception of CATS (Charlotte Area Transit System) bus service which picks up in front of Zone D Baggage Claim. Cab fare from the CLT airport to the Embassy Suites is approximately $50 each way.
