Hotel Reservations

 

Hotel Reservations can be made by calling the Fairmont reservations department at (800) 441-1414. When making reservations, please state that you are with the NRMCA Board of Directors Meeting to receive the group rate. You may also make your reservations online.

 

» Group Rate

The room rate will be $315.00 a night plus tax (14.5%). Please make your reservations as soon as possible to take advantage of the discounted room rate, as the room block fills quickly.

 

» Cut-Off Date

The cut-off date to make your hotel reservation is Tuesday, August 24, 2010. Rates cannot be guaranteed after that date. For more information, please contact Jessica Moore, NRMCA Meetings Manager, at 888-846-7622 x1152 or meetings@nrmca.org.

 

» NRMCA's Responsibility

Hotel contracts require NRMCA to be financially liable for unused sleeping rooms. The sleeping room rate covers the cost of meetings space, upkeep, and utilities of the hotel. Staying at the convention hotel also provides you with the benefit of after-hours networking and easy accessibility to meetings and sessions. Please help NRMCA avoid unnecessary penalties and keep registration fees low by booking your sleeping room at the Fairmont Washington, D.C. Hotel.

 

Please Note:  The Fairmont Hotel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel in all rooms, foyer and public space, as well as in the courtyard garden and food and beverage outlets.

 

Transportation Information

 

» Air Transportation

There are three (3) airports into the Metro Washington D.C. area: Reagan National Airport (DCA, closest to the hotel), Baltimore Washington International (BWI), and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).

 

» Shuttle Service

Transportation to and from the airport can be made with Super Shuttle, (800) 258-3826. Shuttle reservations should be made in advance.
 

» Metro Service

You can reach the Fairmont, Washington D.C. by using the Foggy Bottom Metro Station or the Dupont Circle Metro Station. Both stations are located on the Red Line, 7-8 stops from Reagan National Airport. » Town Car Service

D.C. Town Car offers town car transportation services from all three airports. Please call (202) 553-6795 for rates. Another option is American Sedan, with one-way fares ranging from $65 - $140 based on pick-up location. To book with American Sedan please call (866) 476-1591.

 

» Taxis

A taxi from Reagan National Airport (DCA) to the Fairmont Hotel will cost approximately $15.00 each way. Taxicab stands are conveniently located near the baggage claim exit of each terminal. Approximate one-way fares from Washington Dulles International (IAD) into Washington, D.C. range from $57.00–$61.00. Approximate one-way fares from Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) into Washington, D.C. are $90.00.

 

» Hotel Parking

Valet parking is available at the Fairmont Hotel starting at $12.00 per hour. Self parking costs $40.00 for 10+ hours or overnight.
