REGISTRATION    AGENDA    CONCRETEPAC    HOTEL & TRAVEL    GENERAL INFO

Greetings:

You are cordially invited to attend the Fall Meeting of the NRMCA Board of Directors at the Fairmont Hotel in Washington, D.C. from Sunday, September 19 to Tuesday, September 21, 2010.

This year’s Board Meeting will highlight the activities of the Association through Board sessions and focus groups dedicated to advancing our key initiatives. As with last year’s program, this event is open to all industry participants who wish to attend, in order to ensure the broadest perspective possible as critical decisions are made related to NRMCA’s work plan and budget for 2011. Of course, while all are encouraged to come and hear and be heard, the Board will have the vote.

This year’s Board Meeting is being held in conjunction with the Government Affairs Fly-In that will educate us on the latest legislative issues we are facing and prepare us to visit with our senators and congressman on Capitol Hill to advocate for our industry. In addition, several enjoyable CONCRETEPAC events are scheduled to raise much-needed funds to support our advocacy efforts.

Please carefully review the meeting schedule and registration information prior to making your travel arrangements.

If you have any questions about this year’s Board of Directors Meeting / Government Affairs Fly-In, contact the NRMCA Meetings Department at 1-888-846-7622 x1152 or meetings@nrmca.org.

Sincerely,

Robert Garbini, P.E.
President, NRMCA
