CCSP: Certified Concrete Sales Professional
Module 1: Concrete 101: September 14-15-16-17, 2010
Module 2: Understand the Contractor’s Business: October 25-26-27, 2010
Module 3: RMC Business Knowledge: December 6-7-8, 2010
Module 4: Professional Sales Skills and Promotion: February 7-8-9, 2011
Classes do NOT have to be taken sequentially. Register for all four modules and save $100 on each class.
Two great reasons to register for all four classes:
By completing the program and earning the CCSP designation, individuals earn greater recognition as effective, highly qualified sales specialist. Certification also offers improved opportunities for career and financial growth and a broader range of career opportunities within the industry.
CCSP Training Now Available for Company Internal Use Internal executive management teams from companies, associations or other sponsoring bodies can now train others locally for the Certified Concrete Sales Professional (CCSP) certification or continuing education units (CEUs). In the past, all CCSP instructors attended a train-the-trainer course and passed qualifying exams before they taught others. This new policy change recognizes companies’ expertise in the industry-specific material as well as their need to tie NRMCA’s national performance standards to specific proprietary sales initiatives and values.
Class materials must be purchased for each candidate prior to the start of the class and before he/she can earn CEUs or sit for a CCSP modular exam. While NRMCA continues to encourage sponsoring bodies to use approved NRMCA trainers for CCSP instruction, it is no longer a requirement. Nevertheless, all new instructors must register & discuss their plans with NRMCA’s Education Department before they teach their first class to assure industry consistency for the certification program.
