Purpose and Background:
Concrete producers and contractors now have a unique opportunity to increase
their business by selling and installing concrete parking lots. The recent
rise in asphalt prices, concern over future material supplies and growing
environmental awareness has created a special opportunity for concrete
parking lot market growth. Now property owners can enjoy the benefits of
concrete including more completive initial price, long service life and low
maintenance along with environmental benefits including cooler surfaces and
reduced lighting requirements.
This course focuses on the practical information and techniques needed to
successfully win new concrete parking lot business and parking lot
reconstruction projects. Instructors Phil Kresge and Jon Hansen will share
their knowledge and experience and also provide an understanding of the
outstanding tools available to promote and sell concrete parking lots.

business, tools for identifying and contacting decision makers, preparing
professional sales proposals and presentation, and how to partner with other
industry partners to ask for the order to get the job sold.
