This online course consists of three online lessons that conclude with personalized "action implementation" assignments for each lesson. Attendees will also participate in a daily web conference with their class peers where they will share their findings and provide suggestions.

Attendance at all three webinar sessions is encouraged; however, if
you must miss a scheduled session, you will have an opportunity to review a video recording of the lesson presentation.

New Ideas for New Times is taught by industry and marketing expert Tim McMahon. The developer of NRMCA’s Sales Manager Certification Workshop and author of four bestselling books and an expert in our industry, Tim will share new ideas and real life examples for promoting concrete and your company to contractors, builders, corporate executives, and specifiers.
 

 

HOW DOES THE ONLINE COURSE FORMAT WORK?
 

On each of three days, you will meet with Tim in an online classroom, easily accessible from any computer with an internet connection, for a two-hour session. In between sessions, you will be asked to review short online learning programs to prepare you to get the most from the next day’s session, as well as to consider some discussion topics. In the final session, you will see how to take what you learned over the three days and apply it to creating a new sales and promotion plan for your ready mix concrete business.
