Webinar Description:

 

This Webinar provides an overview of EFCA, including a brief history and a comparison of current law and the proposed legislation which would dramatically impact employers' and employees' rights to avoid a union takeover. It will also stress the implementation of policies to deal with union activity and discuss the steps that management should take to communicate with and educate their employees on the benefits of remaining union free.
