Karen supports the engineering department and maintains the technical library. She does plant and truck certifications as well as the Green-Star certification program. She also supports the NRMCA Concrete Technology Training and Certification (Short Course). She supports the NRMCA Annual ConcreteWorks Forum and Expo, the Research, Engineering and Standards (RES) Committee, and the Operations, Environmental and Safety (OES) Committee.
