Kerri Lynne Leininger

Vice President of Government and Political Affairs
Kerri Leininger is senior vice president of government and political affairs
for the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association. In this position, Ms.
Leininger monitors and lobbies advocacy issues to advance NRMCA’s top
legislative priorities and coordinates all grassroots activities. She
also directs the association’s political program by spearheading all
fundraising and development for CONCRETEPAC, NRMCA’s Political Action
Committee.
Prior to joining NRMCA, Ms. Leininger worked for Baker, Donelson,
Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, one of the nation’s largest law firms
specializing in healthcare and transportation public policy in
Washington, DC.
Ms. Leininger began her political career in 1995 working on Capitol Hill
with former Senator Mike DeWine (R-OH), Senator Jim Bunning (R-KY),
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Representative Ed
Whitfield (R-01-KY).
Ms. Leininger also spent a good deal of time working in the campaign
trenches. She worked for Senator Jim Bunning’s campaign during his
successful Senate bid in 1998 and for the Republican National Committee
during the 1996 presidential election.
Ms. Leininger hails from Kentucky and is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky
University with a bachelor’s of arts degree in journalism and applied
technology. She spent a semester abroad to study a special topics course
on literature at King’s College in London.
