Kevin Walgenbach
Senior Director, Government
Affairs
Kevin joined the NRMCA team in 2007 and is responsible for research,
policy, analysis and advocacy on issues concerning the ready mixed
concrete industry at the federal level. While actively involved in all
of NRMCA’s legislative, regulatory and legal issues, Kevin directs the
advocacy on environmental policy, such as climate change,
sustainability, clean water and water infrastructure. On the
transportation front, he directs NRMCA’s involvement in sustainable
transportation infrastructure, truck weights and driver’s hours of
service regulations. Kevin’s primary advocacy focus is with Democrats
and the U.S. House of Representatives.
Kevin
regularly updates the association membership and industry through
magazine articles, position papers, Webinars, presentations and
conference calls.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a minor
in International Relations from California State University, Chico. He
also holds a paralegal certificate.
