NRMCA National Account Resource Program

NRMCA has a strong national account resource team and a program in place that provides ready mixed concrete support for large businesses. The program centers on direct contact with national accounts and coordination with regional and local concrete professionals to ensure that these accounts have current information and access to the highest level of expertise to solve problems and implement productive new solutions.

NRMCA’s national resource directors have had excellent success in establishing productive relationships with large national accounts by serving as a resource on concrete issues and new applications.

During the first two years of the program, the most frequent request for assistance has been help on developing more sustainable and environmentally sensitive building practices. Pervious concrete pavement has been of particular interest because of the related “green” characteristics and economic benefits. Many accounts have also been interested in learning about the outstanding environmental benefits of “conventional” concrete applications.

Concrete experts in their own right with an average of almost 20 years of industry experience, NRMCA's resource directors are also adept at facilitating whatever activities are needed to solve a problem or move a project along. Most national accounts have also accepted NRMCA’s offer to review their concrete specifications and many have adopted suggestions that clarify and enhance these documents.
