 The Committee on Operations,
Environmental and Safety provides a forum for the interchange of ideas relating
to operations, equipment maintenance, safety, environmental compliance, and the
recruitment, training and development of personnel in the ready mixed concrete
industry. The committee coordinates the annual Fall Conference and Expo and is
responsible for developing publications for operations, environmental and
safety personnel.
