CERTIFICATIONS
NRMCA holds numerous courses through which ready mixed concrete Operations, Safety and Environmental professionals can obtain the necessary training, knowledge base, and certifications to effectively perform their jobs. The construction industry is ever-increasingly requiring concrete producers to demonstrate that drivers, plant managers, plant operators, and those individuals with Safety and Environmental responsibilities receive proper training and hold current certifications.
Through NRMCA’s Operations, Environmental and Safety Committee (OES), which is made up of industry professionals from across the country, these certification courses have been developed and conducted on a routine basis to ensure that every NRMCA member company can benefit. Dozens of courses are offered annually with OES volunteers and paid expert consultants presenting one-of-a-kind, industry-specific seminars. All NRMCA OES certifications can be converted to credits for NRMCA’s STEPS Operations track certification.
