This year’s class represents 21 states, said NRMCA Vice President, Education, Eileen Dickson. The DIL program runs under the auspices of NRMCA’s Workforce Development Committee. Its goal is to develop future industry executive leaders. While in the program, participants gain insight into critical factors on national and strategic levels. Equally critical is the opportunity to work on a diverse team with peers from across the country.
